A yoga class open for all levels that links movement and breath in a powerful, yet subtle, meditative flow.
Yin yoga teaches the body to ‘turn off’ the muscles and work with the sheets of connective tissue that surround the muscles. Great to compliment your vinyasa practice.

A 75 min class combining a short yoga practice with mindfulness meditation, poetry and dharma talk and self-inquiry. Our intention is to create a welcoming and friendly community where we can deepen our practice and engage in meaningful conversations to support a healthy, joyful and fulfilling life. All proceeds will support the local community and its sustainability efforts.
