"Montezuma Yoga – set amongst mango trees, overlooking the sea and pool and surrounded by nature – is the perfect place for a yoga retreat. Dagmar's welcome is warm and each stay individually tailored. The daily yoga is taught by amazing teachers, gentle and encouraging, and Dagmar is inspirational. Complimented by healthy food eaten in the most idyllic of settings, I did not want to leave. No really! I added a few extra days to my stay....and still had to reluctantly drag myself away. Thankfully I am regularly taken back to that place and moment from my home in the UK through Dagmar's DVD. My yoga package was a very special experience and I feel privileged to have met Dagmar'.
